Our pricing varies on location due to the court system and their associated costs. The court and their payment processors also charge their own fees, outside of CourtFiling.net costs.

Each individual court system has their own fees to eFile in their courthouse. That fee varies based on the type of case and its documents. Transaction fees are collected outside of CourtFiling.net as well. There is a 3% transaction fee for credit cards and a $1.00 fee for ACH/eChecks.
These additional court and transaction fees are not controlled, determined, or collected by CourtFiling.net and are standard across electronic filing service provider (EFSP) platforms.
