It’s official, as of May 26, 2020, San Diego Family Law Courts are accepting the electronic filing of court documents. eFilings are in their permissive stage, meaning you are allowed to file documents electronically. Given the many changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it is likely that the courts will make eFiling mandatory as soon as possible to reduce the spread of the infectious disease.
