Juvenile CHINS Cases: Indiana eFiling

Indiana courts are initiating a project in five counties* to begin eFiling in Juvenile CHINS (JC) cases. This project requires new data fields be added to the Indiana eFiling system, regardless if you are filing for JC cases.

On December 17th, 2018, the Indiana eFiling system will include new fields in the party information section. These are fields for a social security number, date of birth, and driver license information (type, number, and state). While these fields are available, they are not required. It is important to note that this identifying information will remain secure and private in the court system.
