Electronic filing (eFiling) is currently available in over 40 civil and criminal case types in Clinton Circuit and Superior Courts and the Pike Circuit Court. eFiling will be mandatory for attorneys in these courts for all filings in case types that permit it on Tuesday, July 16th.
